It all began with a BA in Organizational Communication from California State University Stanislaus where I graduated with honors and I earned my MBA from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Connecticut. Additionally I'm certified in several learning instruments and behavior styles including LIFO Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and other psychological and relationship awareness instruments.
