Michelle Dee Biography

Michelle Daniela Marquez Dee serves as a Filipino actress and model and television presenter and beauty queen who won the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 title. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2023 competition in El Salvador, where she placed in the Top 10 and won four special awards, including Best National Costume, Voice for Change, Spirit of Carnival, and Fan Vote Winner.  

Michelle Marquez Dee was born on April 24, 1995, in Makati, Philippines, to Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez and former action star Derek Dee. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from De La Salle University.

Michelle started her modeling career in 2016 when she worked with the clothing brand Bench. She later joined Click Model Management in New York. Michelle works as a model and television presenter and actress in addition to her acting career. She appeared in Kapuso shows "Love You Two," "One Of The Baes," "I Left My Heart In Sorsogon," and "Mga Lihim Ni Urduja." She received the Best New Movie Actress prize at the 36th PMPC Star Awards for Movies.

Michelle dedicates her time to autism awareness advocacy in addition to her entertainment career. Through the Autism Society Philippines she actively works to increase autism spectrum disorder awareness while promoting understanding of the condition.  

Michelle lives in Makati, Philippines and Sparkle GMA Artist Center serves as her current talent management agency.
