Michelle Clatterbuck Biography

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company is Michelle M. Clatterbuck. Since February 2018, Ms. Clatterbuck has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. She oversees Treasury, Procurement, Investor Relations, and Finance Operations as well as the company's overall financial strategy and operations. Ms. Clatterbuck oversaw finances for the Consumer Tax Group at Intuit starting in September 2012 and served as the interim finance leader for that division from June 2017 to January 2018. She was elevated to Senior Vice President for that division in August 2016. She previously held the positions of finance director in October 2004 and vice president of finance for the Professional Tax company in 2006. Intuit hired Ms. Clatterbuck as a senior finance manager in March 2003. Ms. Clatterbuck worked a number of financial management positions at General Electric prior to joining Intuit. She worked with The Barrington Consulting Group as a financial litigation specialist. Ms. Clatterbuck graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's in commerce with a focus on finance.
