The current study focuses on the interaction between 'network effects'-driven innovation, such as recommender systems, and corporate human capital building. He formerly served as the executive director of the Merrill Lynch Innovation Grants Competition for doctorate students throughout the world, which he created as a Merrill Lynch Forum Innovation Fellow. He's been a prominent and top-trafficked writer on the Harvard Business Review site, and he's an angel investor in many digital media and machine learning start-ups.
