Currently he serves as the President & CEO at Responsive Caregivers of Hawaii (RCH) a non-profit organization founded in 1975 dedicated to creating independent and meaningful life experiences for adults with developmental disabilities. RCH is recognized for its responsive and compassionate programs and services to ensure that all Hawaii's citizens with developmental disabilities and other special needs are integrated into the community and have meaningful relationships with family and friends. Mr. Marsh oversees a staff of 90 and a budget in excess of $3 million. RCH operates a day facility a group home and facilitates a contract for transportation services with the City and County of Honolulu.
