Michael Flink Biography

Since December 15, 2010, Mr. Michael Flink has served as the General Manager and Vice President of Ademco Distribution, Inc. in North America. Mr. Flink is in charge of business development in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. He is in charge of sales, marketing, customer service, inventory, and logistics, among other things. Mr. Flink is a seasoned professional. Mr. Flink became Vice President of Marketing for ADI North America at Honeywell in 2003. In the first year, he was tasked with launching ADI's worldwide growth in Europe, where 32 offices were created. Mr. Flink was the General Manager of Honeywell Security Middle East, where he created the region's first office and set up sales, marketing, technical support, and the supply chain to service clients in 22 countries. He has shown to be a capable leader. Mr. Flink has a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina University and is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.
