Michael Wheeler is a Harvard Business School MBA Class of 1952 Professor of Management Practice who teaches Negotiation and The Moral Leader, as well as a range of executive courses. He was formerly the faculty chair of the first-year MBA program and the instructor of the compulsory Negotiation course.
He has also taught Leadership, Values, and Decision Making, as well as Mediation and Consensus Building as a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School. For his contributions to the School's purpose, he earned the Greenhill Award at HBS. Negotiation dynamics, conflict resolution, organizational design, and ethics are among Wheeler's current research interests.
