Michael Wheeler is a Harvard Business School MBA Class of 1952 Professor of Management Practice who teaches Negotiation and The Moral Leader, as well as a range of executive courses. He was formerly the faculty chair of the first-year MBA program and the instructor of the compulsory Negotiation course.

He has also taught Leadership, Values, and Decision Making, as well as Mediation and Consensus Building as a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School. For his contributions to the School's purpose, he earned the Greenhill Award at HBS.
