Mel Judah, better known as The Silver Fox, is an Australian professional poker player. At the age of 14, he began to play poker by watching his father play a 5-card draw. In the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and the World Poker Tour (WPT), he had a number of notable finishes (WPT). In the $1,500 Seven Card Stud tournament, he earned his first World Series of Poker bracelet in 1989. Judah earned his second bracelet in a $5,000 Seven Card Stud event at the 1997 World Series of Poker, defeating Vasilis Lazarou, who has also won two WSOP bracelets in seven-card stud events.
