Maya Leibman is responsible for all information technology systems including systems development infrastructure operations and strategy. She has been Chief Information Officer & Senior VP of Information Technology at American Airlines Inc. since December 08 2011. In addition she oversees the integration of the American Airlines and US Airways technology environments.
She was President of the AAdvantage loyalty program from 2010 to 2012. She served as Vice President of Business & Operations Systems at American Airlines Inc. until December 08 2011. She oversaw all aspects of the AAdvantage program and led the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer research initiatives for the airline worldwide. Ms. Leibman joined American Airlines Inc.
