Max's work has revolved around finding new ways to use technology to improve people's lives. He created Krypteian Systems (which was bought in 2001) and Aardvark, a social search firm (acquired by Google in 2010). He was a member of the Google+ founding team and later worked as the Head of Personalization for all Google products.
