Matt Mann and The Shine Runners are an American stone/blues band shaped in Los Angeles in November 2012 by the musician and Oklahoma local, Matt Mann. They delivered their first collection Modern Day Outlaw in mid-2012 and their second collection Southern States toward the West Coast in 2013.
