Matt Goldman graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration/marketing. He was also a part of the Clark athletics program, where he played varsity soccer and coached a women's club team. Matt was encouraged to join Omni Resources, a new software services firm, after graduating from Clark.
He worked with CBS, Simon & Schuster, Grolier, Holt, Rinehart and Winston, Bantam Books, and Prodigy for seven years, creating educational and business software for customers such as CBS, Simon & Schuster, Grolier, Holt, Rinehart and Winston, Bantam Books, and Prodigy. Matt developed a relationship with old pals Chris Wink and Phil Stanton while at Omni.
