Food expert and food attorney, Mary Beth Albright competed on Food Network Star’s Iron Chef America and became a finalist. Her mentor, legendary Surgeon General C. Everett Koop fueled her passion for good food. She worked with Dr. Koop on health and food issues for 15 years and later managed a White House initiative and advised on food systems.
Albright attended The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore as an undergraduate. She completed L'Academie de Cuisine's two-semester culinary course in Bethesda, Md. She also worked at Roll Call, the oldest Capitol Hill newspaper and at the D.Cc law firm of Williams & Connolly. Mary Beth is a regular panel moderator for the Smithsonian and the U.S.
