Martin Sklar was The Walt Disney Company's International Ambassador for Walt Disney Imagineering, the company's unit that develops and builds Disney theme parks and resorts across the world. He was born on February 6, 1934.
Sklar was the company's vice president of ideas and planning before being appointed to president, and then vice-chairman and main creative executive before his final job. On his retirement day, July 17, 2009, the corporation honored him with a window dedication ceremony.
