Sir Martin E. Franklin serves as Founder and Chairman of Element Solutions Inc. Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Nomad Foods Limited a Director of Restaurant Brands International Inc. Chairman and controlling shareholder of Royal Oak Enterprises LLC and is a principal and executive officer of several other private investment entities. In October 2017 Mr. Franklin launched J2 Acquisition Limited an acquisition vehicle listed on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to founding Mariposa Capital Mr. Franklin founded Jarden Corporation in 2001. Under his leadership Jarden grew from approximately $300 million in revenues to more than $10 billion comprised of over 120 global brands and 35000 employees before it was acquired by Newell Brands in April 2016. He served as Executive Chairman of Boll Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Benson Eyecare Corporation from 1992 to its sale in 1996.
