Martin Boroson studied philosophy at Yale and earned an MBA at the Yale School of Management. He then set out to learn alternative approaches to wisdom. He studied Zen trained in depth psychology worked in theatre and received an innovation grant from the Irish Arts Council. He then forged these approaches into a unique model of broad-based decision-making.
Marty's book One Moment Meditation: Stillness for People on the Go published in twelve languages radically reframed traditional approaches to meditation. Through this book keynotes app cartoons and digital training programs for companies he has helped millions of people get over the time barrier and start meditating now. Marty is a faculty member of Mobius Executive Leadership.
