Mark is the US Vice President of Engineering, and he is in charge of creating and implementing domestic Industrial Engineering (IE) initiatives. Mark worked in the Central Ohio District for a number of years until being elevated to District Industrial Engineering Director in 1991.
He worked in West Canada, Alabama, North Illinois, and at the UPS Chicago Area Consolidated Hub (CACH), the world's biggest ground package operation. Mark was assigned to the Corporate Automated Sort Team in 1989, where he assisted in the development of automated sortation in UPS hub facilities.
