Mark Geragos, the Principal of the internationally renowned trial lawyer firm Geragos & Geragos, cemented his national reputation as a trial lawyer a dozen years ago when he obtained back-to-back State and Federal Court jury trial acquittals for infamous Whitewater figure Susan McDougal, later securing a presidential pardon for Ms.
McDougal for a conviction sustained prior to his representation of her. Geragos has won two consecutive murder cases against clients dismissed by showing faulty eyewitness identification during the previous decade. When the Geragos company sued the City of Glendale for wrongfully arresting one of their clients, the firm received a $1.7 million settlement.
