Mark Andrews is most recognised for his work on the Pixar feature picture Brave, which he directed and wrote. He worked on The Incredibles as a script supervisor, directed One Man Band, and co-wrote Jack-Jack Attack and One Man Band, two short films. Andrews attended CalArts' Character Animation Program, where he studied animation.
Brad Bird considers him to be his right-hand guy. MOMA's show TOMORROWLAND: CalArts in Moving Pictures featured some of his student films. Brave earned Andrews and Brenda Chapman the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2013.
