Marcus Noel previously worked in the private sector at J.P. Morgan and McMaster-Carr. He is currently the founder and CEO of Heart of Man (H?M), an immersive entrepreneurship program that enables middle and high school students to identify their core motivations and transform them into game-changing products & businesses.
H?M teaches design thinking and STE(A)M (science technology engineering art and math) skills preparing them for success in the 21st-century workforce. In 2012 he transitioned into education through the ProInspire Fellowship serving as a financial strategist to the CFO of Baltimore City Public Schools. Noel graduated with honors from Morehouse College with additional study at the London School of Economics.
