Marcia Daszko Biography

Marcia Daszko helps organizations in developing leaders new thinking business models strategies systems and processes M&A integration and innovative products services and processes. From start-up companies to the Fortune 500 organizations; non-profits; government agencies; and the U.S. military Marcia and her associates coach and guide leaders in their personal and organizational transformations. In addition they conduct Innovation and Leadership Seminars deliver keynote speeches and facilitate executive retreats. Marcia has taught Graduate Management classes at UC-Berkeley San Jose State University and Fordham University and holds degrees from Santa Clara University in English and from San Jose State University in Mass Communications. She is a co-founder of the Bay Area Deming User Group (BADUG) and a Founding Board Member of the In2In Thinking Network. She currently serves as a Board Member for San Jose State Alumni Association and Project Hired in San Jose. She served on the Golf Council for the 2009 Naval Post-Graduate Foundation's annual fundraiser in Pebble Beach CA.
