Marcel Vigneron landed his own show in 2011 on Syfy called Marcel's Quantum Kitchen. The show followed his start up of his molecular gastronomy catering company called Modern Global Tasting.
Vigneron later competed on Top Chef: All-Stars in 2011 on The Food Network's The Next Iron Chef in 2012 The Food Network's Superstar Sabotage: Heat 2 on the show Cutthroat Kitchen in 2014 and Guy's Grocery Games: All-Stars and A-Lister Dinners in 2015.
