Mr. Eshelman has over 24 years of expertise in the design, research, and administration of roadways, site development, stormwater, water, and wastewater systems. Contract negotiations, project scheduling, technical monitoring, and client communication are among his project management tasks. He's worked on stormwater hydrology and hydraulics, water distribution and treatment, sanitary gravity sewers, and force mains, among other things.
He has experience with various hydrologic and hydraulic computer software programs, including HEC-1, HEC-2, WSPRO, Pond Pack, XP-SWMM, TR20, AdICPR, HEC-6, Eagle Point Sanitary Module, Kentucky Pipe Program, and Cybemet Water Distribution Model, and has been the project manager or lead engineer for construction document preparation, feasibility studies, utility master planning, and floodplain studies.
