When Makenna and Brock were cast as Laurey and Curly in the 2007 musical theatre production of Oklahoma, they first met. Makenna and Brock hit it off on and off stage right away, and they became a permanent combo and close friends.
They began traveling across the United States in 2009, sharing bills with outstanding performers including James Otto, LoCash Cowboys, Uncle Kracker, Maggie Rose, and Sheryl Crow.
