Lyndsey Rodrigues is the first Aussie to sign on as a host with MTV's frenetic music video countdown show TRL (Total Request Live) but it's a natural step on the road to success for the former MTV Australia VJ. Lyndsey began her foray in entertainment as an actress in musical theater in 1995.
Since relocating to New York City and taking on co-hosting duties on TRL and hosting on Big 10 Lyndsey has also co-hosted Tila Tequila's New Year's Eve Masquerade 2008 and hosted The Real World Sydney Reunion Special. In 2005 TRL Australia became Lyndsey's first official hosting gig and her life as an on-air personality was set in motion.
