Louis M. Orr is an American men's collegiate basketball coach who was born on May 7, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio. On April 4, 2007, Orr took over as the 15th men's basketball head coach at Bowling Green State University, succeeding Dan Dakich, whose contract had expired after the 2006-2007 season.

From April 4, 2001, through March 24, 2006, Orr was the head coach at Seton Hall University. Before taking his first head coaching job at Siena College, he worked as an assistant at Xavier University, Providence College, and his alma school, Syracuse University.
