His main goal is to create the proper culture, leadership, and talent platform for LEGO so that it can reach more children across the world and 'inspire and train the builders of the future.' Shuster has over 25 years of sales, marketing, business development, and general management expertise in four consumer-centric sectors and four continents. He has managed companies through turnarounds, start-ups, transformations, and rapid growth. Shuster spent most of his career creating and bringing to market consumer hardware, apps, and services in the mobile, multimedia, digital, and Internet areas, having previously worked with Google, Nokia, Viacom, and De Beers. He recognizes the advantages of digitalization and encourages his staff, organization, and customers to do so as well. Shuster conducts teaching and training both within and externally as a Professional Certifed Coach.
