Liziane Silva is co-founder of INK - enterprise that aims to inspire change supporting the creation of a more entrepreneurial culture in Brazil and strengtening social organizations that promote positive change. She is the replicator in Brazil of the Project Managemente for Development - PMD - methodology having formed almost 250 people across Brazil. From 2008 to 2011 worked in Aliança Empreendedora coordenating the Youth Ventures Program and developed and coordinated the Management and Impact Assessment area which led a process of organizational redesign ended in 2011. In 2007 worked in Colombia in the NGO Amichocó the pioneer in creating a Fair Trade criteria for metals (gold and platinum). There she was responsible for developing a services area for the NGO. Before that was People Development Director and President of AIESEC in Curitiba. AIESEC is a global youth-led organization that activates leadership of young university students through promoting experiences of leadership inside the organization and professional exchange programs in 110 countries. Through AIESEC Liziane participated on more than 20 local national and global conferences being facilitator in several local and national and in 2 global conferences.
