Liziane Silva is co-founder of INK - enterprise that aims to inspire change supporting the creation of a more entrepreneurial culture in Brazil and strengtening social organizations that promote positive change. She is the replicator in Brazil of the Project Managemente for Development - PMD - methodology having formed almost 250 people across Brazil.
From 2008 to 2011 worked in Aliança Empreendedora coordenating the Youth Ventures Program and developed and coordinated the Management and Impact Assessment area which led a process of organizational redesign ended in 2011. In 2007 worked in Colombia in the NGO Amichocó the pioneer in creating a Fair Trade criteria for metals (gold and platinum).
