Liz Weber, dubbed "The Dragon Lady of Leadership Accountability," has seen it all and learned from it. Her thoughts and ideas on leadership and leadership responsibility ring true whether she is addressing business executives or government officials. Weber and her team of consultants provide strategic and succession planning, executive coaching, and leadership development training and keynotes as the founder and Managing Principal of Weber Business Services, LLC, a management consulting, training, and speaking business based near Harrisburg, PA. Weber is one of just 12 persons in the United States who has achieved both the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certifications, the top honors in both professions.
