Berney Associates, organization development and management training firm, is led by Dr. Berney. For the past 20 years, Berney Associates has provided consulting services to corporations on organizational change, team development, conflict resolution, and interests-based negotiating. She created and led Georgetown University's Organization Development Certificate Program for five years. She's also a management instructor for the American Management Association.
She also worked at George Mason University as a tenure-track Professor of Organizational Psychology. Dr. Berney graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Psychology and the University of Maryland with an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
