Olivia (Liv) offers a wealth of expertise managing customer service delivery, sophisticated infrastructure, and organizations in a regulated environment to the board of directors. Liv was Chief Executive Officer of Openreach, a BT Group company, before joining Severn Trent, where she pioneered and supervised the commercial roll-out of fiber internet to two-thirds of the UK.
Since joining BT in 2002, she has held key positions such as Group Director of Strategy and Regulation, Managing Director Commercial and Brands, Global Services, and UK Customer Services Director. Liv worked as a consultant for Accenture's Communications and High Tech Market Unit from 1998 to 2002, creating and executing business change solutions across a variety of industries.
