Lisa was most recently the Chief Technology Officer's Global Leader of Innovation Capability for P&G's 9000-person Research and Development business. In this capacity, Lisa assisted in raising the R&D organization's game and enabling more transformative and disruptive innovation, as well as increasing mastery and capability and improving the Front End of Innovation's supporting infrastructure.
