Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam were the most successful artist on Full Force's One Big Family roster, with five gold singles, two number-one singles on both the R&B and mainstream charts, two platinum albums, and appearances on many compilations and movie soundtracks. Lisa Velez, the youngest of ten children, was born on January 15, 1967, in New York's Hell's Kitchen.
