Lisa is the co-host of StartUp, a serialized documentary-style podcast about entrepreneurship. Gimlet Media is the company behind the podcast. Lisa was a senior editor at FiveThirtyEight, Nate Silver's relaunched ESPN site, before joining Gimlet. She's also contributed to NPR's Planet Money, This American Life, Marketplace, and New York Public Radio, among others.
She holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Brown University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University.
