Until 1996 Hook was Vice President of Time Warner Inc. reporting directly to the President of Time Warner Inc. where she oversaw various telecom-related corporate transactions and operating matters for the Company. During the same period she led the restructuring of Time Warner Entertainment to enable U.S. West to join the TWE partnership. Ms.
