Columbia/LOUD Records published his debut album Undaground Legend. The album opened at #12 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 68,000 copies in its first week. In December 2002, the album was certified Platinum. His most successful record to date is U Gotta Feel Me. With 198,000 copies sold in its first week, the album debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 list, marking Lil' Flip's highest-selling album to date. Game Over (Flip), the first song, peaked at number 8 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. Sunshine, Lil' Flip's follow-up song featuring newcomer Lea, reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts, making it his biggest hit to date. In August of 2004, the album was certified Platinum. In the United States, the album has sold over one million copies, making it Lil' Flip's best-selling album to date. His sixth studio album, "Ahead of My Time," was released on July 6, 2010. "Ahead of My Time" was supposed to be published in 2007, but it was repeatedly postponed until it was eventually released on July 6, 2010. To promote the release of "Ahead of My Time," Lil' Flip issued two album-before-the-album singles in 2009. "Respect Me" and "Underground Legend 2" were the two albums.
