Not exactly Jake is an American ska punk band from Gainesville Florida shaped in 1992. Not exactly Jake crosses a wide assortment of sorts including post-grit substantial metal elective stone and troublemaker recovery. The current setup contains guitarist/vocalist Chris Demakes bassist/vocalist Roger Manganelli drummer/lyricist Vinnie Fiorello trombonist Buddy Schaub and saxophonist Peter ""JR"" Wasilewski. The collection was loaded with the band's wry relentless brand of ska-punk songs of devotion delivering such fan top picks as ""Johnny Quest Thinks We're Sellouts"" ""Jen Doesn't Like Me Anymore"" and ""Programmed."" In 1998 the band delivered ""Hi Rockview"" one of their most acclaimed collections. In September 2000 the band delivered ""Outskirts and Boundaries."" While it was neither as financially effective or as musically refreshing as past deliveries at first the collection was a presentation of huge development for the band exhibiting significantly more develop music than the band had ever appeared previously. All things considered, the collection furnished fans with two moment hits in ""Look What Happened"" and their old neighborhood song of praise ""Gainesville Rock City."""
