Lena "Lee" Marti was born and reared in Queens, New York, and is part Italian and part Puerto Rican. Lee, who has excelled in several dance disciplines since she was eight years old, chose to pursue a career in the fitness industry a little more than a decade ago, motivating people to actively fulfill their own potential.
Coach Lee emphasizes discipline, work ethic, and self-awareness to her trainees by pushing them to go beyond merely physical goals. Lee's hard work has rewarded him with employment at Equinox and Crunch gyms, as well as a recent addition to Orangetheory Fitness. She is now working on the requirements for master trainer rank, the highest level of fitness certification.
