She graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (ESC) de Troyes in France and the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt with a Masters Degree in Leadership and a French-German Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Since November 2016, Bieber has conducted Change Management courses and volunteers her time as the Program Director for the Greater Frankfurt region of the Healthcare Business Women Association.
