Lawrence is still the Vice Chairman of Oxygen Media, Incorporated, which he co-founded with Geraldine Laybourne, Oprah Winfrey, Carsey-Werner-Mandabach, and Disney. Oxygen currently offers a cable television service to more than 40 million households in the United States (with a contract to increase to at least 60 million by the end of 2008) as well as award-winning web services.
