Laura Ingle is a FOX News Channel correspondent based in New York who also anchors FOXNews.com/LIVE on a regular basis. In 2005, she began working for FNC as a Dallas-based correspondent. Ingle reported on Southwest Airlines Flight 345's crash landing at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in New York. Ingle joined FNC's Northeast Bureau in January 2007, where she covered a variety of stories from Grand Isle, LA, including the Connecticut home invasion case, Hurricane Irene, the Miracle on the Hudson plane landing, and the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. She covered Hurricane Katrina as an integrated journalist with the California National Guard during the Gulf Coast's rescue and recovery efforts in 2005. She also reported on the Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson trials. From October 2005 to January 2007, Ingle worked as a travelling reporter for Geraldo at Large, a nationally syndicated broadcast show. Ingle previously worked as a reporter at KFI-AM Radio in Burbank, CA, and as a field anchor and reporter at KFBK-AM Radio in Sacramento, CA, where she supplied political, sports, and breaking news coverage. Ingle earned an Edward R. Murrow award in 2005 for her coverage of the 2004 Scott Peterson trial, and the Southern California Association of Television and Radio News Directors awarded her four Golden Mikes.
