Larry Leech worked for eighteen years at several newspapers in Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, and Florida, writing, editing, and managing news and sports sections. He concluded his journalism career as the editor of Christian Retailing magazine, the industry's top trade newspaper, for five years. In 2009, Larry Leech was chosen together with five other Christian journalists to travel the Holy Land as guests of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, which was one of the highlights of his professional career. Larry began freelancing book editing and writing in 2004 after publishing over 2,300 pieces. Since then, he has written or ghostwritten over a dozen books and edited over 150 manuscripts. For a number of publishers, he has also authored back cover content and press releases. Larry Leech has been the Executive Director of Christian Writers Guild Word Weavers, which is owned by New York Times bestselling author Jerry B. Jenkins, for more than two years. Face-to-face critique groups have grown to more than thirty chapters in fifteen states and two countries during his tenure.
