At the highest levels of competition, Larry Foyt experienced both the highs and lows that come with motorsports. Foyt has raced in the Daytona 500 and the Indianapolis 500, two of America's most iconic events. Foyt qualified three times in the top ten, including two starts in the top five.
In the spring of 2006, he finished eighth at Talladega Superspeedway, which was his best finish. He finished in the top 15 five times and in the top 20 nine times.
