Preceding joining Discovery Education Lance was an Executive Policy Specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Education's (PDE) Bureau of Educational Technology. While at PDE Lance led numerous statewide activities including Keystones a program perceived as an example of overcoming adversity in the U.S.
