Pat La Frieda Meats has been a provider of the best meats in New York City for three generations. Monday through Saturday, we work 24 hours a day to get you the freshest goods possible. All-Natural beef, pig, poultry, lamb, fresh ducks, and wild game are all available via us. Our experienced butchers do custom slaughtering on-site to your preferences. To assure accuracy and product safety, our business is monitored by USDA inspectors and Pat La Frieda himself. Our dedicated customer care has been the foundation of our success for decades. We are honored to be the master distributor of Bell and Evans all-natural chicken in New York City, the country's first all-air chilled poultry line. It is reared on an all-vegetable diet with no antibiotics or animal byproducts. Our lamb program in Colorado is the best in the world. Three small farms handpick our animals for La Frieda Meats, utilizing genetic testing and micro-farm thinking. To ensure rich marbling and a delicious flavor, it is grass and grain-fed. Our rigorous veal program exceeds industry standards and produces a product that is unique to our firm. Our respect for our calves results in a product that is bigger than most people are used to, white in color, tender, and verified to be ethically reared and all-natural. All of the animals are not confined and are raised exclusively for La Frieda Meats by four Amish and Mennonite family farms in Pennsylvania. In essence, we're bringing a tiny farm to a large metropolis. Creekstone Farms Black Angus meat is distributed only in the northeast by us. Creekstone beef is considered the best in the world, with the best flavor, tenderness, quality, and consistency. It's the only beef that's truly 100 percent black Angus. From birth through harvest, the animals are reared on family farms and managed in a humane manner. Creekstone Farms grows fewer than 1% of all cattle produced in the United States each year and processes it in only one state-of-the-art humane facility. We journeyed throughout the Midwest in search of sustainable family farms to work with in our effort to deliver small farm foods to you. With approximately 3,000 pieces of Creekstone prime and select beef, we provide a complete dry-aging program. In our new state-of-the-art computer-controlled aging facility, we are BUILDING BRANDS TO THEIR BOILING POINT specialize in aging to perfection. Any of our beef products may be chopped and portioned to your specifications at no extra price. What can we say except that burgers reign supreme in New York, and we are the kings of burgers? Over 40 distinct award-winning mixes are available from our world-renowned grinding process. We'll make sure you have the right blend for your application, taking into account unique cooking surfaces, heat, and other factors.
