Kristen's diverse developments have taught to her current roles as Co-Host and Reporter of the Red Bull Global Rallycross series on NBC, and host of Golf Channel's competition series Altered Course, after playing D-1 soccer at the University of Miami, producing human interest pieces for PBS, covering college football recruiting for FOX Sports, and reporting at the London Olympics.
In 2009, she was driven by her interest outside of athletics to document a behind-the-scenes experience while going to Africa, where she caught malaria and nearly died. Tanzania: A Journey Within, a 90-minute winner documentary, was born out of the initiative, as was Malaika For Life, a non-profit organization that raises funding for malaria patients.
