Khaliya is a public health specialist and neuro-technologist who is working to create radical solutions to the global mental health crisis. Khaliya, the World Economic Forum's Expert Counsel on the Future of Health and Healthcare's youngest member, is also an outspoken advocate as well as humanitarian.
Khaliya received the Middelthon-Candler Peace Prize in 2016 and the Clare Booth Luce Award for International Service in 2017. Her conviction is that long-term peace and prosperity can only be accomplished if the basic necessities of health, both physically and mentally, are made available to those that need it.
