Kevin Sneader, based in Hong Kong, is the chairman of McKinsey & Co.'s Asian offices. He serves on the firm's operating committee and previously chaired the shareholder council's client committee. Sneader joined McKinsey in 1989 and has held various of leadership positions at the firm since then.
