Kevin Hagen is Recreational Equipment, Inc.'s (REI) director of corporate social responsibility, where he leads initiatives to advance and implement the co-social op's enterprise and sustainable business strategy. He acts as a liaison, counsellor, and consultant to leaders and business units across the co-op to assist REI's corporate social responsibility goals, which include environmental performance, corporate philanthropy, and community engagement.
He has a 20-year career in product development, marketing, sales, and business strategy with Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial organisations in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining REI, he was the founder and principal of Shuksan Energy Consulting, a leading business advisor on sustainable energy and green power procurement strategy.
