Ken Loach is a British TV and film director. Loach's socialist ideals and socially critical principles are apparent in his films including 1967's Poor Cow 1966's Cathy Come Home 1991's Riff-Raff and 2001's The Navigators.Two of Loach's films I Daniel Blake and The Wind That Shakes the Barley have won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
